PHA-affiliated hubs offer a range of holistic support services at no cost, including:

• Help & Support: Initial appointments to address challenging circumstances, counselling, coaching, ongoing emotional support, and mentoring. Provision of essential goods like prams, cots, clothes, and more.

• Connection Services: Support for birth or home visits, access to clinical maternal and child health services, mothers' groups, playgroups, and other networks. Links to domestic violence support and accommodation.

• Administrative Support: Assistance with form-filling, letters of support, and connections to financial and advocacy services for mothers without Medicare.

• Grief & Loss Support: Support for pregnancy loss and grief (including abortion).

• Workshops & Classes: Practical early parenting workshops and groups facilitated by volunteers and professionals.

• Future Planning: Assistance with voicing, visualising, and achieving future goals for work, study, and family life. Access to ongoing personal and financial counselling or coaching, as well as information on study and career pathways.
